Panama City at Sunrise – My Shot of the Day – January 28, 2013

This morning, my last in Panama City, Maria Elena and I hiked (well, ok…it is an easy 15 minute walk) up Cerro Ancon for a sunrise view of the city. Not a bad sight. Amazing to me is that, at night, this huge city is not lit up like you might think. So many of those offices and apartments are empty. I imagined some amazing night shots of Panama City but no.

Anyway, here in sunrise on Panama City, Panama the morning of January 28, 2013.

I’ll be in the airplane to cold Colorado in just a few hours.

    fantastic photo. I felt the same away about the city not being lit up. It's because the majority of those units are just money laundering from rich south Americans…
