Spectacular image! Blanca Massif is located at the southern end of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, in Colorado, yes? Is this a view from near your home in New Mexico? Or, are you in Colorado?
Yes. This is the southern end of Colorado’s version of the Sangres. They sit just above Ft. Garland. This is not the view from my home, but its only a 30 minute drive, just inside Colorado.
Its a gorgeous mountain, isnt it?
Jim O'Donnell, have you stood upon the summit of that beast?
John Mata – I have not. All around the base and up in those valleys but not to the top.
Jim O'Donnell i guess you've got your work cut out for you.
Well…I guess so….
Amazing!
I have not!

tight to say the least!
