These are the rice fields – currently being used for peanuts since it is the dry season – in the jungle beyond the main beach area where we were based. Lovely!
L0VE THE GREEN.
You can capture feelings. And travel….
Thanks Jukka. Its seems so far away, doesnt it?
Great shot. Is the white mist I see fog? You can visibly see a couple of micro-climates in this image; fog in the distance, and pretty clear in the foreground. Also, how did the edges of the photo turn out so dark in contrast?
Yes. The white is a mix of morning fog and smoke from cooking fires. The edges are so dark because I used the tree leaves to help round the image as if looking through a scope. Lovely place.
Jim O'Donnell, looks exactly like the Philippines.
John Mata yet another place I'd love to get to.
Fantastic photos and journals,,,,, I come to Dixon, Taos every year, and I know a few of your FB friends personally. I happen to see and read your blogs and so here I am asking to be your FB pal.
Chuck. Thank you so much for the compliments! I will get over to FB right now.
