Great shot. Is the white mist I see fog? You can visibly see a couple of micro-climates in this image; fog in the distance, and pretty clear in the foreground. Also, how did the edges of the photo turn out so dark in contrast?
Yes. The white is a mix of morning fog and smoke from cooking fires. The edges are so dark because I used the tree leaves to help round the image as if looking through a scope. Lovely place.
