My Shot of the Day – Summers Eve at the Russian-Finnish Border.

This shot was taken in June deep in the taiga along the Russian-Finnish border northeast of Lappeenranta, Finland. It is a land of lakes.  Or…its a place of water with lots of islands, a very wet world.
