Five Rather Dramatic Storm Pictures

Thursday night saw an incredibly dramatic and moody storm move across northern New Mexico and southern Colorado. Perfect for storm pictures.  That kind of weather certainly matched the darkness in me that evening. I followed it around for a few hours, driving up through the county to the northern parts trying to capture its cross on the landscape.  Dramatic but more bluster than anything else.  The temperature dropped dramatically, the wind was bitter and once I was home, showered and tucked into my warm bed it rained – but just for a few minutes.  The drought rolls on.
